Get Healthy & Fit ~ Our Weight Management Package

Obesity rates are steadily rising.  Almost half of all adults in the United States are overweight or obese. Obesity can lead to chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain forms of cancer.

Gretchen Scalpi, a  Registered Dietitian Nutritionist offers an individualized weight management program to help individuals to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Get Healthy & Fit Weight Management Program is a 13-week, one-on-one coaching  program to help individuals set goals, get motivated, and stay accountable for success with weight loss.

Program participants receives an in depth initial consultation to set priorities and goals. This is followed by weekly coaching sessions to evaluate progress, assure accountability and to address questions or concerns. Along the way, participants receive help with issues such as portion control, boosting metabolism, healthy snacking, emotional eating, and increasing physical activity. The private coaching sessions allow the participant to work individually with Gretchen to create individualized meal or lifestyle plans to help them reach and maintain a healthy weight for life.

All coaching sessions, including the initial consultation are done by telephone or secure video conferencing. Email communication is conducted through a secure email server to assure that all privacy standards are met.

The Get Healthy & Fit Weight Management Package is a great value for the person who would like to work with a nutrition and wellness professional over a period of 3 months. I designed this 3 month program because studies have consistently shown that people need at least this much time to learn and develop healthy lifestyle behaviors. In other words, practice over a period of time with a coach on your side is what will help you get to your goals!
